This is Terry O'Farrell, he's a 24 year old Sergeant SASR patrol commander on his second tour in this pic, your average SASR new trooper is older than that these days. He went on to be the unit RSM, before becoming an Officer and finishing up as 2IC of the Regiment in 2004.
